The Spring/Summer 2012 campaign for Dolce & Gabbana is a family affair, starring actress Monica Bellucci alongside models Bianca Balti (IMG) and Simone Nobili (Independent). Inspired by classic Italian cinema, Monica and Bianca play the matriarchs of a large traditional Italian family spanning generations. Captured by Giampaolo Sgura in Southern Italy, the candid portraits depict “afternoons at the beach, Sundays at home, family parties, the first boyfriend, and tender moments with the children.”
